Before the popular Christmas hits of Mariah Carey, Bing Crosby, Wham, and Band Aid ever made the airwaves, some of the most revolutionary and inspiring songs were written by a handful of prophets and poets about a messiah who would come to his people and redeem the world. 

None of their songs ever topped the charts back in their day, but 2000 years later, those ancient songs are more prophetic and hopeful than ever.  Each sings about an ever-faithful God, a world in deep turmoil, a people desperate for peace, and a savior who will come to redeem all creation.

In this series, we’ll play some ancient vinyl and listen once again to the five timeless tunes that once changed the world—and continue to change it even still.
