Fine Gael MEP Colm Markey says the death of the County Meath man Rory Mason in Ukraine is “a shock”. The twenty three year old was killed while fighting as a volunteer with the International Legion for the Defence of Ukraine.
The Midlands North-West MEP says his heart goes out to Mr Mason’s parents and siblings.
