In this episode I am very lucky to speak with head of strength & conditioning for men's and women's basketball at the University of Richmond, Jay De Mayo. I was so excited to speak with a true legend of S&C and it was very kind of him to give up 40 minutes of his time to speak on the podcast. We discussed what the journey is like for a student coming through his programme, how he conditions his players during the long in-season and how he develops 'agility' in his basketball players and his tennis players. We also discuss his annual seminar that he runs and you can find out more about this at CVASPS.com.
