On this episode I chatted with KIZE Concepts founder Jeff Ragan. Jeff is born and raised OKC. He attended Putnam City North and then graduated from OU. As he likes to say he was an intramural junkie at OU and always has had a passion for health and fitness. Helping friends with diet plans, fitness workout plans all the way through college. After Jeff graduated he started working at Chesapeake and continued his passion for sports and fitness. One day he over heard people complaining about their diets and that they couldn't find anything they'd like to eat that was healthy. So he set off on a mission to make a healthy snack bar that actually taste good. KIZE was born.
In this episode Jeff tells us about the KIZE story from inception to landing on of the biggest retailers in the country and how he continues to give back through KIZE to the community here in OKC and outside too.
