Jabee talks new AM EP, upcoming project with Havoc, & racism on ”Sports and Hip-Hop with DJ Mad Max”

Thank you to Oklahoma City's own Jabee for coming on my show for an interview! Jabee talked about his new AM EP, Havoc producing one of his upcoming projects, and being an activist in America. He discussed how police escalate situations, people such as Candace Owens and Hershel Walker hurting the voice of the people, and being arrested around the time of Trayvon Martin murder for wearing a hoodie in an Oklahoma mall. He got into opening up his own pizza restaurant in his neighborhood, wanting to bring Nipsey Hussle down to Oklahoma before he passed away, and being a part owner of the Tower Theatre. Jabee also spoke about record labels dumbing down Hip-Hop today, teaching Hip-Hop Studies at the Academy of Contemporary Music, KD bringing him out to perform for an NBA All Star charity game at halftime while he was still playing with the Thunder in 2011 during the NBA lockout, and winning two Emmy Awards.
