Sometimes the most challenging recovery situations are those with infrequent slips and relapses. It's easy to take action and move quickly when you have a "bleeding neck" (aka. you are struggling frequently and it's regularly causing pain). Even if you are not at this place yet, there are useful tips and insights for how you can expedite recovery and fully move things forward from your current situation to a place of full freedom.
