In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Sports Science Manager at Richmond FC, Brendan Fahrner. I have had a number of guests who are working in AFL and having spent some time with Brendan in Seattle in 2015, he is one of the best. in 2017, Brendan won the Premiership with Richmond which shows that he and the rest of the staff must be doing something right. As I always say, Brendan is such a great guy and I am so grateful that he was happy to share his story and his knowledge of working in the AFL.
If you liked this episode with Brendan, you may also like these episodes with Andrew Russell and Darren Burgess.
