As humans, we avoid facing the unknown at all costs. To make sense of ambiguity, we look for patterns and make references based on scientific and faith-based beliefs.
Thanks to the pandemic, we find ourselves having to confront our fears around not knowing what’s coming next and not being able to do much about it. These moments of stillness, however, offer the perfect opportunity to make peace with uncertainty and build courage.
No matter what stage you’re at with your relationship with the unknown, you can benefit from learning the mindset and tools for dealing with the uncertainty. In this week’s episode, I provide five ways you can do this.
