On the surface, the question "What is Metal?" might seem a bit "Huh?" But the idea of exactly what Metal is can be as diverse as our beloved genre itself. Of course when thinking of Metal we think of the driving beats of the skins, the face melting riffs, the thunderous bass and the thought provoking (or just entertaining) lyrics. Metal (and punk/hardcore as well) is more than what you hear when you press "play". It's an idea, a community, and an attitude. This time around we dissect it all. And bathe in it's blood. In our "News, Views, and Tunes", we crank tunage from Holocaust, Possessor, Sepulchral, Warrior Path, Elizabeth, Neptune Power Federation and introduce LA hardcore bashers Vintage War in our "Indie Spotlight". Horns Up and Stay Healthy!!
