Welcome to Dishing with Patricia, a video podcast, on Thursday, July 27th it's all food, nothing else!
 
I will be in the kitchen with my assistant and dear friend Stephanie Fuller. 
 
Stephanie is part owner of Special Foods by Fuller and Steph and Nard’s Quality Snack Foods.  
 
Stephanie has been with me on this journey for the past 20 years. 
 
She normally works, behind the scenes, however, on Thursday she’s upfront with me!
 
We’re going to prepare a few quick and easy recipes, that are plant-based, nutritious, and delicious.
