National Council of Occupational Safety and Health Co-Executive Director Marcy Goldstein-Gelb joined America’s Work Force Union Podcast today to discuss essential workers being fired for requesting personal protective equipment or suggesting safer work protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, shortcomings of OSHA and their lack of enforcement on new emergency safety standards and how complaints about companies ignoring new safety standards and regulations falling on deaf ears at OSHA.
Cleveland Better Business Bureau President Sue McConnell was the second featured guest on the podcast today. She informed listeners of three scams to be on the lookout for.

Franco spoke about energy transfer from coal and fossil fuels to renewable and clean energy, good paying union jobs and hiring local workers for these major projects.
