It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Today I sit down with Mike Sinor, founding winemaker at Ancient Peaks Winery in Paso Robles.
How do you go from a boy growing up in Visalia, California working in your father's automobile wrecking yard to being the winemaker for a winery that has an AVA named after your vineyard site? What happens in your life that attend Cal Poly wanting to be a high school shop teacher and end up being named 2012 Central Coast Winemaker of the Year? Continue listening to hear Mike tell his story.
