Shane Scott is our resident account at Virtus Performance and affectionately known as Mr Consistent. A little different of a guest to our usual as Shane doesn't necessarily have a sporting or athletic background which will be pleasing to some listeners ears i'm sure.
Shane has a methodical approach to many aspects of his life whether that is work, training or everyday living which allows him to foster discipline, create routine and build habits.
If you're at Virtus around 7am in the morning i'm sure you've seen him but don't know much about him as he's a pretty unassuming character so I was stoked that he agreed to come on to the podcast and have a chat!
