Let's save Ernest Johnson from Execution

Ernest Johnson is an Intellectually & Developmentally Disabled (IDD) Black man who is set to be executed on Oct 5th, 2021. In 2002 the US Supreme Court ruled that it is unconstitutional to execute people with IDD, yet still today, as was stated in the 1857 Dred Scott Court decision, "... they (Black people) had no rights which the white man was bound to respect"; 66% of the people with IDD sentenced to death are Black, majority male. I am working to uplift Ernest's humanity and offer him the concern, support and compassion that he's been denied his entire life. Please help me in doing this by signing this petition. Thank you.
