Welcome back and thank you for joining me.
Today I wanted to share with you a little bit of an extended restorative mindfulness Yoga session that will bring inner peace. I use a bolster that would be perfect for this session, and two blocks - BUT bed pillows are fine, and books instead if you don't have these props handy.
This mindfulness restorative Yoga session is exactly as it says in the title. We will move with mindfulness, and I have chosen restorative Yoga postures that allow the body to be supported creating inner peace. We move gently out of the fight and flight and enter rest and digest where inner peace and healing can take place mentally and physically.
