Please allow your surroundings to be extremely comfortable.
When you arrive in a relaxing place, make sure the body is in a place where it can stay still.
I will be guided you into different layers of the mind, all you have to do is keep your connection with my voice so you can drop deep into a place that can allow healing to take place.
This healing may take place in many forms from reducing your blood pressure to reducing stress, among other things.
