Welcome to this practice sharing a perfect bedtime yoga practice with humming bee breathing.
I have chosen postures to help to calm and quieten the mind; the humming bee breath will help to encourage your body to move out of fight and flight and into rest and digest which will promote relaxation and hopefully support you with a better nights sleep.
