It's super important we look after our shoulders and get them flexible, strong and stress-free. Yoga helps us to reduce stress levels; we can use everything we have been practising so far and take it into our daily life to combat stress.
You may have heard me in a previous class say 'we hold the weight of the world on our shoulders', this is not far wrong.
