Welcome to day 7!

Today's theme is Hatha. Hatha Yoga is the style of yoga we have been exploring so far. 

'ha' represents prana
'tha' represents mind

When we practice hatha yoga we are working to balance the energies within the body for better health all round. 

The practice today will be allowing us to find balance through our practice, but hopefully we can take that into our daily life. Finding balance with work, with food with what ever may need more balance in your journey.

With balance comes harmony and in harmony comes peace.
