Ross Bradshaw is the manager and owner of Five Leaves Bookshop and Five Leaves Publications in Nottingham in the UK. In this episode, Ross and I chat about the history of radical bookshops, paying your workers a living wage, where his love of books began, local authors, and of course, books!

In 2018, Five Leaves Bookshop was the first radical bookshop ever to win the UK’s Independent Bookshop of the Year Award.
