Today we are talking about 4 habits that I have put intentionally into my life that help me consistently* go after my goals.
*without burnout, overwhelm, fear, imposter syndrome, living like everything is an emergency, etc.
I am a huge believer that you can be a Goal Smasher while also having a life outside of your goal. I believe that we can go after goals without the annoyance of hustle culture breathing down our necks.
