This week we joining legendary whisky writer, Charles Maclean for a special two part edition. Coined as Scotland's leading whisky expert, Charles holds many accolades including Keeper of The Quaich and an MBE. In this first part we discuss how his career began, the relationship between whisky and writing, and his favourite dram (he tastes over 1000 a year).
