Ayurveda: Self-Care and Ancient Wisdom for the Season with Kathryn Anne Flynn
This week, Ashley is sitting down with Kathryn Anne Flynn to discuss the ancient wisdom and practice of Ayurveda. Kathryn is a 500 ERYT certified teacher of Ayurvedic Yoga, Masters of Arts in English, and is currently completing certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is also a student of Buddhism and host of the Intelligent Edge Yoga podcast.
Ashley and Kathryn discuss what exactly ayurveda is, doshas and the three main types of them, understanding your unique constitution, putting ayurveda into practice, working with the four seasons, the interweaving of physical and mental health and staying in balance, and yoga nidra amongst more!
