Fall is here, which means tailgating season is upon us. And here's the thing: we don't want to be the person who has to say 'no' to all the delicious tailgating food, but we also want to eat according to our goals at the same time. I say why not both? As usual, there's a middle ground. In this Minisode, I give my best advice and tactics on how to eat before, during, and after the tailgate. Even if you don't tailgate often, there are plenty of tips in here that you can use for any type of public event where you don't have full control of the menu. Hope it helps!
