Sutton United (A) Preview - Season 21/22, Episode 12
It's a slightly different episode of the Brunton Bugle this week - as Lee is on holiday, we've not been able to record an episode in the normal way, but we've managed to get something together for you to listen to!
First up, Lee and Dan review the Scunthorpe game just half-an-hour or so after the final whistle - another abject performance but a dramatic way to rescue a point against a poor side. Lots of big questions discussed in this one - can Beech turn things around and get us on a winning run?
The second half features a longer than usual chat with an opposition fan - this time we speak to Dan from the Gandermonium blog about all things Sutton, including their history, rise to the EFL, the big money being spent in the National League, ripping up their 3G pitch after promotion, the ex-Blues in their squad and a bit of advice for any fans travelling to Gander Green Lane this weekend. Big thanks to Dan for giving up so much of his time!
We'll be back with a regular episode for next week's game - thanks for listening!
