207. Dumped By Earth with Justin Shaw

Fresh off 7 Fringe Festival shows and many other local open mics - this week's guest is the hilarious and crazy talented Justin Shaw!
Justin is a comedian, writer and storyteller who is currently entertaining audiences across Canada with his wonderful and hilarious standup show about his life called  "Midnight Baby".

Justin hops on the pod and we chat about: creating his show "Midnight Baby", his wonderful relationship with his fiancé, realistic manifestation (want things, but do the work!), doing a virtual show with his favourite comedian, shows that made him want to quit comedy and being present.

We also dive into how to approach people with concerning mental illness and Justin's therapy break through that made him better for himself and his partner. 

At the top of the show: Sarah squared talk about an "ugh" open mic moment and ICE CREAM.
