How often to you lie to yourself about your own needs, wants, values, and boundaries? HIT ME WITH AN AMEN in the DMs (@bodiesbyb_) if you do because I can tell you 100% that lie to myself EVERY*clap*SINGLE*clap*DAMN*clap*DAY and it doesn't feel good to be so disconnected from myself and out of alignment with my path.
Other people don't even know what they want and need so how are they supposed to know what you want and need without you asserting your boundaries and using your voice to speak up.
