Tania Dalton is 52, a healthy ageing coach and personal trainer with a special interest in helping women thrive in menopause.
Although fit and healthy, Tania was unprepared for the menopause transition. After developing a simple but effective way of managing her own menopause symptoms, she has become healthier and happier than ever before.
As she entered peri-menopause, at 47 Tania discovered endurance training and has now completed a Marathon, several half ironmans and her first full ironman triathlon as a 52 year old post-menopausal woman.
Tania is passionate about encouraging women to embrace the benefits of menopause and ageing.
