That is, most people know that the Standard American Diet (which is abbreviated SAD) doesn’t provide them with enough of the nutrients they need… the nutrients their body requires to function optimally.
The problem is that most people don’t know WHICH supplements they need… WHICH supplements will actually help them strengthen their body and build their health.
To add to the confusion, misinformation about supplements abounds.
For example, people will often read about a supplement - or hear about it on a podcast or TV show - and become convinced they need it.
