When you have a long term goal in mind, it’s easy to get distracted and fall off track at some point. That’s when you must remember your ‘why’, the reason behind the goal, and what enticed you to envision that goal in the first place. Goals should be more important and demand more of your time than any other distractions, because if you find yourself repeating old behaviors you will find yourself stuck in the same place for a long time.
