Going All In - At Your Own Pace: An Interview with Kyle Hartman
Kyle has an "insatiable need for progress." When the Covid shutdown hit, she made the decision to start her own business. She was working 60+ hours a week, starting her business as a side gig and continuing to work for another practice.
She didn't burn the ships, but she tiptoed into running her own business. Kyle has really crafted her business life to work for her. She's playing volleyball and filling her own cup again and has created balance in her own life.
Kyle dives into her business journey, her challenges with money mindset and her advice for those who aren't risk-takers in starting their own business.
