On this episode of The Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Jason, the drummer from Bullet For My Valentine, which Pipeman was very excited about as it was the drums from their singles Knives and Parasite which hooked him. Pipeman praises them for their brutality saying that the new stuff could be from their first album, as Jason gives credit to the lockdown for allowing them to get in the zone to write really awesome music without pressure. Pipeman makes a correlation of the lyrics of Parasite to the happenings during the pandemic. Jason feels as though the pandemic is highlighting humans weaknesses and good lyrics can cover a whole range of topics so you can relate it to what’s happening in your life. As we come out of the pandemic, Jase explains that while playing a show in Austria some weeks ago, he felt himself get back to normal. You can get the album right now on pre-order, including on cassette, which will be available from November 5th.
