We create our reality via our actions and behaviors. Changing actions/behaviors on the surface level brings a change that is short lived. If we work backwards to understand what derives our actions/behaviors, we will find that it’s our belief system that needs changing. Mental conditioning and beliefs are one in the same causing us to feel, live and be in a certain way. Un-conditioning s about realizing that beliefs are not facts and that changing our beliefs can change our reality and our experience of life.
