Today I am joined by Stefanie Jung who is a Holistic Online Health Coach & Yoga Teacher who has a focus on helping women heal their relationship with food & their bodies. She opens up to me about her own challenges with extreme dieting and binge eating, what helped her overcome it and most importantly, the biggest lessons she has learned.
We talk about destructive relationships with food, living a double life, self hate to self love, power in finding the right professional, red flags for when you may not have food freedom (Even I was surprised with myself), how food rules impact your ability to eat intuitively and the forbidden fruit effect.
