Sin and struggle are anything but uncommon to the Christian life. Zachariah and Hunter have the pleasure of talking with Michael Felker of Convictions in the latest installment of TWIE POD and hear the tragic story of a devoted fan of theirs as his life was taken due to a battle with suicidal thoughts. The story of his roommate hearing the tragic news is told in the story of the feature song, The Price of Grace by Convictions. Michael talks about the story behind writing the song and the toll it took on them as friends of these two young men who followed the band across the country to support them. Familiar with the trials of depression and suicidal thoughts, Hunter and Zachariah extend their hands and ears to any and all that suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts. It's never too late to seek help; you are never too far gone nor a burden. Seek counsel from a pastor, be in prayer, and it is absolutely okay to have a therapist or be on medication too.
