In todays episode I share with you my Monday rising routine and some of the healthy habits I've been experimenting with over the last couple of weeks. I've realized that when I have a holistic view of life, I tend not to get too fixated on individual moments - making me less judgmental and ceasing to compare myself to a society driven standard for men. I also share with you the details of my next Meditation Workshop - For Growing Men, ehich will be from October 25-29. I wanted to create a mindful space designed specifically for men to explore the dynamic ranges of emotional energy that may not get an opportunity to be expressed. 5 consecutive days of meditation will be supported by monologue and group discussions.
