Katie and Liz talk about the horrid actions of registered sex offender Michael Jacques and how he had singlehandedly groomed another young relative for the past 5 years, ultimately making up a fictitious child sex ring and enslaving the young girl. Using the juvenile that he had groomed, Jacques lured Brooke to his apartment where he raped and murdered the beautiful soul who loved basketball, her pets, and Hannah Montana.
