How to apologise in a PROFESSIONAL way in English
As much as we would like, sometimes we have admit responsibility and say sorry when things go wrong. Maybe it is a client, customer, colleague or boss. How do you approach this situation in English? And how can you do it in the most professional way? In this episode I give you concrete phrases that you can use to give a genuine and professional apology at work.
P.S I've focused on phrases to use when speaking rather than writing so, please bear that in mind. There are different phrases we would use for apologising in writing and when saying it to someone's face.
