Have you ever heard of Feldenkrais? It's a method of movement that's been described as "a learner's manual for the human body." Whoa. Yeah. This week Jenn picks up the series on different types of fitness with featured guest, Frederick Schjang. Jenn asks Frederick all about what the method is, how it came to be, why we might want to try it and more. This is the form of training that allowed David Ben-Gurion (former Prime Minister of Israel) to go from bed ridden to a head stand.
