As women, we can do hard things, and we are stronger than we know. But at some point every
woman needs a few tools in her toolbox when it comes to managing the challenges life throws
our way. As a highly sensitive woman, these tools have helped me to adapt and overcome
every challenging situation that has come my way. Something doesn’t go my way, I have an
argument with my man, my energy levels are challenged, I’m having hot flashes…whatever it is,
I have leaned on these tools time and time again to get me through and to help me live my
beautiful life.
Have a stressful day? Instead of reaching for a glass of wine, try meditating, taking a walk in
nature or calling a friend…. Angry at your spouse? Instead of fuming and acting in destructive
ways, try Elegant Acceptance, EFT (tapping), breathwork or putting on some kick-ass music and
moving your body to work through it! Feeling overwhelmed and anxious? Meditation, yoga,
calming music, and breathwork can help.
These are the tools that have kept me grounded, feeling connected to myself, and fuel me to
live my best each day. Over the years I’ve added to this list and, after talking with so many
women and sharing many of these, I wanted to share them with you in hopes they can help to
empower you to get through any situation that may come up.

We all get out of alignment at times and taking time out to have your chakras balanced can go a
long way to leading a productive and happy life.

get back up when you’re feeling flat.
10/ Media
Indulge yourself in books, podcasts, shows and movies that nourish your mind and feed your
soul. Find things that inspire you to be a better version of yourself.

Helps you go from victim to victor.
