In this episode, I recount a recent experience of mapping an anxious that was surfacing into 2 pieces. People pleasing + perfectionism. Anxiety is complex, can be super overwhelming, and stem from many sources.
In this episode we talk about:
• releasing self-induced people pleasing and perfectionism by mapping awareness over the nature of WHY they’re there
• Let the Self LITERALLY.... BE! Who you are, Where you are is fine
• Map energetics patterns the same way we do physical patterns. EX) yoga asana postures
• Witnessing anxiety as a portal to see what is unsettled within the Self
• Questioning the subconscious beliefs and patterns we hold over ourselves
• Activate radical self compassion love and grace when we DO notice we are experiencing unsettled energy
