Jimmy Lawson is one of the biggest Heavyweight prospects in all of MMA. Lawson was a three-time New Jersey State Champion in Freestyle Wrestling in High School and then played Football at Monmouth University. He then transferred to Penn State to once again pursue wrestling. He later went back into football briefly, before making the full transition to MMA, where he's quickly gotten the attention of many, and is destined to fight in the UFC shortly. On this episode, we talk about his transition from sport to sport, how he trained with former UFC champions in Daniel Cormier and Cain Velasquez, and how he believes he will one day be the UFC Heavyweight World Champion (I believe it too).
