After college, she went on to work for publications like Good Housekeeping, Field & Stream and USA Today, where she was a food & travel editor specializing in fine dining experiences in New York City & Las Vegas. These days content director for one of the premiere culinary institutions in the country, The Institute of Culinary Education, and the U.S. editor for Chef & Restaurant magazine. We're going to talk about a range of topics like: Disney World, working at Chili's, rowing crew, Pi Delta, Travel Abroad programs, the hustle & grind of NYC journalism, covering major news stories like The BP Oil Spill & The Boston Marathon Bombing, "Fake News" & "Big Media" and the future of print journalism!
