This week we were joined by former Welsh rugby player Alix Popham. Alix played in 2 World Cups for Wales and won the Six Nations Grand Slam. Since retiring Alix has been diagnosed with early onset dementia and he talks very openly and honestly about it. He and his wife have started up a charity called 'Head for Change' where they aim to help sportsmen and women when they retire from sport and support them if they get a diagnosis of dementia. This is another great episode from the TWS Sports Podcast.
