THEN, we dive into why women bloat and I give you specific, tangible strategies to help you move through days when you're experiencing bloating. *NEWS FLASH* it's not possible to stop your body from bloating, it's a very natural bodily function and it happens to everyone. If you're experiencing intense, painful, or frequent bloating - it's probably time that you talk to your doc. BUT generally, we all experience regular bloating in some capacity.
