The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to get outside of your comfort zone. Maybe you struggle to come out of your shell. Perhaps you are afraid of change. If you can find the strength to take a leap of faith you can get one step closer to living full out.
Our first caller, Alethea, wants to maintain a healthy balance between work and school. She is struggling to deal with the fast pace of life post-covid. Nancy encourages her to trust herself to find a better equilibrium each day, and feel confident about saying no. Listen in to hear how you can set strong boundaries and create a schedule that benefits you.
Our inspirational guest, Jim Davidson, was climbing roofs by the age of 12, eventually turning that skill for collaboration and athletics into a passion for rock climbing. At 29, he and a friend ascended Mount Rainier , but a snow bridge collapsed beneath their feet, sending them tumbling 80 feet downwards. Jim’s friend died in that incident, but Jim felt he had a choice either to give up what he loved or to grow into a stronger person and face summits again. Jim attempted to scale Mount Everest at 52, but that all changed as he was stopped by a dangerous earthquake. Tune in to hear how Jim used his resilience as an opportunity to overcome his challenges and better himself.
Our final caller, Mindy, asks how to find motivation to spend time with family after a long day of work. She feels guilty for not always having the energy to play the role of Mom. Nancy reminds her that there is no road map to being a parent. Tune in to learn how to strengthen that voice of self affirmation so that you can live full out.
