Greg Heller Is Back!

Producer and writer Greg Heller returns to tell me about the podcast he claims is going to crush mine. He's been saying this for months now and sending me gifs of cans getting crushed. It's called Close to Death and debuts Oct 27. Greg hosts the first and last episodes of the six episode series, each of which explores an aspect of death. We talk about writing his own obituary with the help of a famed obit writer who didn't exactly love Greg, staging his own funeral with a death doula, parenthood, losing his dongle, hacky jokes, tentacle pr0n, finding a dead body on the beach when he was a kid, lobsters, things that annoy him, cooking, feeling desensitized to death, show running and so much more.
