Nic began his real estate career in Arizona. After many transactions with different brokerages, Nic truly felt that he could provide a better service by working under his own principles. In 2016, Nic opened his own brokerage as a solo agent and started to grow with his first agent hire. Without guidance his small brokerage was in trouble and he went back to being a solo agent. Years passed with success but he wasn’t able to expand, looking to take things to the next level he was led to the Craig Proctor Coaching System and within a few years he grew his team and owns Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty Legends. Nic is an experienced real estate broker with hundreds of families served. He gets to know the needs of each client, then intensely works to meet them, and provides optimal service utilizing his values of trust, transparency, integrity and providing 2nd mile service throughout the entire sales process. His one main goal is to always elevate the lives of his new clients and friends. Amber worked as a Pharmacist for Target for many years. During that time, she supported and watched Nic grow his career. Over the past year she realized she could help support the brokerage by structuring our growing business. She then decided to join the YHSGR Legends team. She is excited about the potential for growth in the business that will benefit families we serve and her own personal family. This also brought more flexibility to be with their 3 children. She loves working with people in the community and is a great asset to help enhance the positive experience of our clients.
