I keep saying, there is nothing we can do about the past except moving on. Today I am talking about letting go of the past. I know i might have spoken about it in episode 9, however, i want tell you that today matters, let go of what happened that hurt you. What i am trying to say is STOP CHASING YOUR TAIL.
You are letting your past ruin your joy in the moment. STOP thinking what hurt you, let it go! Release yourself from the pain, yes it hurts but i want you to have that self awareness that around you now matters. This is your present moment. You have a decision to make today a shifting moment from past trauma.
