This is a meditation script by Louise sumnitt and I wanted to share it as I felt it was extremely powerful and supportive.
You can lie down or be seated for this meditation.
We allow the body to arrive and braw attention to the breath for a few deep breaths.
Softening into the breath and using the exhale to soften the mind and body even more.
We then arrive into a journey of visualisation where we will see your loved one with love in our hearts!
